Our Delivery Options

When you partner with us you’ll have access to our Order Management System (OMS) where you and your customers can track the status of each delivery. This gives your customers peace of mind and reduces the number of “Where’s my parcel” support tickets you have to field.

As each order comes in the OMS will double-check the delivery address and flag any potential errors in the order that could cause delays in delivery to your customers. When these are flagged up you’ll be alerted so you can double-check the information with the customer, helping to eliminate any issues before they occur.

A step by step look into how our delivery works, from the customer placing the order to it arriving on the doorstep.

Your customer places their order with you.

Our OMS picks up the order and creates a shipping label ready to print.

The order is allocated to one of our pick and pack staff who will then collect the items ordered from the warehouse and safely package them up. Once the item is packed the shipping label is added.

Once the order is ready to go it will be allocated to a loading bay ready for collection by the courier.

Once the item has been collected by the courier it will enter their network and both you and your customer will receive an update.

As your order goes through the delivery network you and your customer can track its status.

When the order is out for delivery your customer will receive an update and once the order has successfully been delivered you will receive an update within the OMS.

    Fulfilment logistics is the process of sending your orders to your customers. After the orders have been picked and packed they will be collected by the delivery networks and sent on to your customers.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we can ship your parcels to Europe and the rest of the world via our shipping partners. If you mainly deal with international customers let us know and we can see how we can further support your requirements.

  • Can I exclude certain delivery partners?

    Yes, in your account you can exclude certain couriers to offer the exact service you want and your customers are expecting.

  • Do my customers receive tracking numbers?

    Our system will pass any tracking numbers back to your eCommerce platform so that they can then be sent on to your customers, depending on how your system is configured.
