Our Order Management System (OMS) provides real-time data, easy-to-understand charts and reports. It’s the main point of contact between seller, shipper and consumer, which is why our cloud-based system works across multiple eCommerce platforms. You can monitor stock levels in real time, with easy-to-understand reports providing you with information on how products are selling, and their stock levels. You’ll get notifications in the OMS when stock is low according to your parameters.
We prioritise the oldest orders first, so if something is out of stock at the time of ordering, when new stock arrives, the customers who ordered first will receive their product first, meaning you can give your customers accurate shipping information.
If you need to add an order outside of eCommerce platforms, where the majority of your orders originate from, your dashboard on the OMS allows you to enter products using a SKU number or product name.
OpenCart is a free and open-source eCommerce platform used by several of our customers. Our integration is easy to set up with your OpenCart store and our team is on hand to support you to set up the integration with our OMS.

Unlike other fulfilment providers, we don’t charge a set-up fee as we have designed our integrations to work seamlessly with each platform. However, our in-house support team can support you in setting up any of our integrations between your eCommerce platform and our order management system.
Our team will then test the system to make sure the orders flow smoothly from your store to our pick and pack team. Once everything is running smoothly and we have received your products into our fulfilment warehouse we can start to fulfil your online orders.
