We prioritise the oldest orders first, so if something is out of stock at the time of ordering, when new stock arrives, the customers who ordered first will receive their product first, meaning you can give your customers accurate shipping information. If you need to add an order outside of eCommerce platforms, where the majority of your orders originate from, your dashboard on the OMS allows you to enter products using a SKU number or product name.

Unlike other fulfilment providers, we don’t charge a set-up fee as we have designed our integrations to work seamlessly with each platform. However, our in-house support team can support you in setting up any of our integrations between your eCommerce platform and our order management system.

The integration does two things, the first is to send the order from your eCommerce store to our systems so we can see the order details, pick and pack the items and send them to the customer. The integration also then updates your eCommerce platform with the number of items left in stock so you don’t oversell.
Yes, while each platform has its own integration you can sell your products on multiple platforms at the same time. This means you can keep all of your stock with us and we can accept orders from your website, Amazon and eBay stores, we can even change the packaging for each platform.
