Customer Account Administrator

Hours of Work: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, Full-time, 40 hours a week, office based with hands-on approach

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Account Management

  • Assisting with the onboarding of our new clients, working closely with the Management team
  • Assisting with client account health on our Warehouse Management System
  • Support our managers to build and maintain the client relationship
  • Assist the management team with new client campaigns and procedures to ensure successful implementation and delivery
  • Processing daily system errors
  • Uploading stock and order spreadsheets to our Warehouse Management System
  • Providing software templates to our clients

Carrier Management

  • Provide our clients with regular carrier and courier updates, updating our software to reflect the changes
  • Carrier management tasks, including raising of claims
  • Updating rates on our software
  • Escalating issues to the relevant managers

Other responsibilities will include

  • Answering the telephone
  • Replying to emails
  • Meeting and greeting site visitors
